Magnesite + MgO
REPLACING LIMESTONE WITH MAGNESITE
Limestone has proven to be a highly energy-intensive raw material, and therefore we replaced it with Magnesite. It calcinates at lower temperatures, is stronger while setting and its decarbonated product, MgO, can be synthesized from seawater and brine.


COMPACT PROCESS
QUICK AND SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT CREATION
The entirety of the production process, from raw material to binder, carbon capture, and heating, takes place in one kiln. This reduces the need for transportation and storage of the binding product, and can be done directly at a construction site where clinker is needed.

Not just a compact and quick process, but a clean one. By introducing a never-seen-before technology in our rotary kilns, we are able to calcinate our products at huge temperatures by using only electricity. Using a Nichrome-centered rotary core, our kiln eliminates the need for burning fossil fuels.
